High Torque Range Torque Wrench

This torque wrench was built to a customers specifications. Designed to loosen and torque nuts onto hydraulic cylinder rods. Capacity size of 24" x 144" long cylinder assemblies and a maximum torque 50,000 ft-lbs. It uses hydraulic cylinders on a rotating plate and pressure gauges for a torque reading. Achieves a torque 1,000 ft. lbs. through a hydraulic motor drive with a digital torque load cell. Set up for use with quick change sockets and plates for special sizing. Frame was reinforced with heavy wall structural steel tubes.
